Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose

4. Orders
An order is considered valid when the Customer has:

5. Payment

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in case of an error by the Seller.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
8. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages resulting from the use of purchased products.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, visuals, logos, designs) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Seller.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
